BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:
Offeror will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, accessible, and cost-effective vision benefits program that supports the District’s commitment to employee well-being and service excellence.
Offeror shall provide all labor, systems, administration, materials, and expertise necessary to deliver a comprehensive vision benefits program.
- Projects of this nature typically involve the following:
Employee Benefit Enrollment Support and Solutions
Ensure employees have a clear understanding of available benefits and receive hands-on assistance during enrollment periods to make confident, informed benefit elections.
Services Include:
-Pre-enrollment education and communication support to explain benefits offerings, plan options, and key enrollment deadlines
-Individual and group enrollment assistance during open enrollment and qualifying life events
-Guidance on related benefits
-Navigation support for benefits platforms and enrollment systems
-Coordination with HR teams and benefits providers to resolve enrollment issues and escalations
-Post-enrollment follow-up support to address employee questions and corrections
Paper, Print, and Fulfillment Scope - Projects of this nature involve printing of industry-related material for dissemination to our members, potential members, and the overall community that we serve. The printing requirements are dependent upon the audience that we are targeting and the message that we are attempting to convey to our target audiences.

Mail Management Services Scope - an experienced provider of direct mail processing, data management, and marketing/fulfillment services.
Mailing Center & fulfillment including:
- Mail Management Services
- Presort Mail Services
- Printing Services
- Direct Mail Advertising
- Marketing/Fulfillment Services

• Companies must be certified by (1) NCTRCA; (2) National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) or local affiliate; and/or 3) (WBENC) or local affiliate.
